What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. You can also complete your order with Apple Pay for a fast and secure payment experience.
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes, we offer payment in 3 installments free of charge thanks to our partner Alma.
When will my account be debited?
Your account will be charged at the time of purchase, usually within 24 to 48 hours of your order being validated.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery times?
- France: Delivery in 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Europe: Delivery in 5 to 8 working days.
- International: Delivery in 7 to 14 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@darrisparis.com to change your address. Once your order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change your delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
How to make a return?
- Contact us at contact@darrisparis.com with your order number and the reason for the return. (This isn't just out of curiosity, it's to improve ourselves – we promise!)
- We will provide you with all return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Prepare your package carefully: the product must be unused, in its original packaging, well protected to avoid any damage during transport.
- Then drop off your package at the nearest post office or at the designated shipping point.
When will I be reimbursed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing by your bank may add additional time.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we invite you to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

All our models are designed and imagined by Pauline, co-founder of DARRIS.
From the initial sketch to the choice of lines, volumes, stitching details or texture, each bag is thought out down to the smallest detail.
Pauline designs each DARRIS with absolute precision, always thinking of the person who will wear it. Nothing is left to chance: proportions, colors, drape, feel, silhouette...
Each DARRIS is the result of meticulous research to offer you a bag that meets your expectations and desires.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are made in Portugal, in workshops renowned for their artisanal expertise in leather goods.
Can I see the products in real life?
Depending on our schedule, we will gladly arrange for you to see, touch, and try out your future DARRIS. Please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@darrisparis.com .
Products & Maintenance
How do I care for my leather bag?
To preserve the beauty of your bag:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and humidity.
- Clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
- Use a specific product (for example Saphir universal cream) for leather to moisturize it occasionally (do not apply to patent leather).

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, creating an account is optional for ordering. However, we recommend it because it allows you to track your purchases, save your delivery information, and enjoy a more seamless and personalized experience.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
