What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also complete your order using Apple Pay for a fast and secure payment experience.
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes, we offer 3-installment payments with no fees through our partner Alma.
When will my account be charged?
Your account will be charged at the time of purchase, usually within 24 to 48 hours after your order is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery times?
- France: Delivery within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
- Europe: Delivery within 5 to 8 business days.
- International: Delivery within 7 to 14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, orders placed through the website are available in France, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and Japan. However, if you wish to be delivered to another country, feel free to write to us at contact@darrisparis.com. We will be happy to assist you and arrange the shipment, even outside the website. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@darrisparis.com to update your address. Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
How do I make a return?
1. Contact us at contact@darrisparis.com with your order number and the reason for your return. (We’re not being curious, it simply helps us improve, we promise!)
2. We will then provide you with all the return instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
3. Carefully prepare your parcel : the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and well protected to avoid any damage during transport.
4. You can then drop off your parcel at the nearest post office or at the designated drop-off point.
When will I be refunded ?
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank’s processing time may add an additional delay.
Do you accept exchanges ?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we invite you to return the original product and place a new order for the desired one.

How do I care for my leather bag ?
To care of your bag and ensure its legevity, we recommend following these guidelines :
- Protect your bag from humidity, which can cause irreversible damage to the material.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources, as these my alter the colour and dry out the leather.
- Limit contact with oily, cosmetic or perfumed products as they can leave stubborn marks.
- Keep your bag away from rough or abrasive surfaces that may scratch the leather or metal components.
- Clean it with a soft, dry cloth to gently remove dust.
- Store your bag in its dust bag when in use. You may also fill with tissue paper to help it maintain its shape over time.
- Avoir repeated friction with certain textiles, especially in warm or humid dark clothing, and vice versa.
