We ship to France, Europe, and internationally.

Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Methods

In France:

Colissimo (no signature): 2 to 4 business days

In Europe:

Colissimo International: 4 to 8 business days

Rest of the world:

Colissimo International: 7 to 14 business days (may vary by country)
Delivery times are indicative and do not account for potential customs delays or carrier strikes.

Order Tracking

A Colissimo tracking link will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel at any time.

Customs Duties and International Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be applied upon arrival of the parcel. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Packaging

Each DARRIS bag is carefully packed in its dust bag and protected in a suitable box, ensuring an unboxing experience as elegant as the product itself.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered within the estimated time:
