SELLER INFORMATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are issued by:

SCOPE

These GTC apply to any sale concluded between StudioDarris (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity acting as a consumer (hereinafter "the Customer"), wishing to purchase products sold by the Seller (hereinafter "the Products") via the website https://darrisparis.com/.

PRODUCTS FOR SALE

DarrisParis reserves the right to change the range of Products offered for sale at any time, particularly due to supplier constraints.

Products are available for sale as long as they are visible on the Site at the time of the Customer’s visit and have an “Add to cart” button.

The product page indicates if a Product is out of stock or has a longer delivery time. If so, the “Add to cart” button will be disabled, and the Product will be labeled as “Out of stock” or “Pre-order.”

If a Product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer Service team will contact the Customer to inform them of the new delivery time and offer the option to cancel the order.

If the Customer chooses to cancel the order, the Seller will issue a full refund as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days after cancellation.

ORDERS

4.1 Order Process

Select Products and add them to the cart.
Review and validate the cart.
Log in or create an account.
Accept the GTC and proceed with payment.
Receive order confirmation email from the Seller (contract formation).

The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of prior dispute.

4.2 Pre-orders

Some Products may be available for “pre-order.” Due to production uncertainties, the Seller may cancel all or part of the pre-order and will notify the Customer without delay.

PRICING

Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes within the European Union. Outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply and are the Customer’s responsibility. Prices are fixed and non-revisable after order confirmation.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due immediately upon order via:

· Credit card (Visa, Mastercard…)

· Other payment methods shown at checkout

Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments and protected by SSL protocol. In case of suspected fraud, the Seller may request identification documents before validating the order.

DELIVERY

Products are delivered according to the times and rates shown on the Site. The Customer must check the parcel condition upon delivery. In case of any anomaly (opened or damaged parcel), the Customer must make a report with the carrier and notify the Seller within 48 hours. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order and receive a refund within 14 days. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs services.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

8.1 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise the right of withdrawal. This period ends after 14 days. If it ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

8.2 Return Procedure

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to contact@darrisparis.com.

The Customer must:

· Retrieve their order number

· Inform customer service of their intention to return the Product

· Prepare the return parcel with the Product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents

· Print the return label and drop the parcel at the nearest post office or indicated drop-off point

8.3 Return Conditions

Products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the Product is defective or incorrect.

Customized Products: Personalized or custom-made Products cannot be returned or refunded in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

8.4 Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned Product has been received and inspected. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt.

WARRANTY

9.1 Legal Warranty of Conformity

Under Articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-11 of the French Consumer Code, DarrisParis guarantees that Products conform to the order and are free from defects at the time of delivery.

9.2 Legal Warranties

Products are also covered by the warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the French Civil Code.

9.3 Terms of Application

The legal warranty of conformity applies independently of any commercial warranty. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof if the defect is confirmed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the website https://darrisparis.com/ (texts, images, videos, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

DISPUTES & APPLICABLE LAW

These GTC are subject to French and European law.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may contact contact@darrisparis.com for an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law.

The Customer may also initiate mediation in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 654/2013 on online dispute resolution.

Force Majeure

The Seller cannot be held responsible for failure to execute or delays in order fulfillment due to force majeure as defined by applicable law.
