Refund policy
At Darris, we do our best to make you happy.
But if an item doesn’t suit you, don’t worry.
Withdrawal Period
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period is extended to the next working day if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.
How to return an item?
- Contact us at contact@darrisparis.com with your order number and the reason for the return. (Not out of curiosity — it helps us improve, promise!)
- We will send you all the return instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
- Carefully prepare your package: the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and well protected to avoid any damage during transport.
- Drop off your parcel at the nearest post office or at the designated drop-off point.

Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition
- Not have been worn or used
- Be returned with its original packaging
Exceptions
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges.
The easiest solution? Return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged Items or Order Errors
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@darrisparis.com, ideally with photos. We’ll take care of it.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The time frame may vary depending on your bank.
